- Our base rate for our service provided is $ 500. for travel within 100 miles of El Dorado Springs, MO**; (Kansas City, Joplin, or Springfield are all within a 100 miles) . Beyond the first 100 miles of El Dorado Springs** a mileage rate of $1.00 per mile is added, which means the rate will vary depending on the distance traveled from El Dorado Springs, MO
The rate above includes coach and driver and travel distance from the funeral home, church or chapel to cemetary, final resting place, or memorial route of 30 miles. - Depending on the distance traveled overnight stays may become necessary, in which case an additional charge of $75.00 per night would apply.
- Special rates apply for all Veterans or Active-duty Military.
Lost in the Line of Duty: We do not charge a $500 base rate for any active member of the US Military, Law enforcement, Fire Fighter or Emergency Service Provider lost in the line of duty.
However, mileage charge and overnight stay(s) would still apply, when applicable as mentioned above.
